Notice of the 14th Annual
Congress of SANSOR |

Notice is hereby given of the 14th Annual Congress of the South
African National Seed Organization (SANSOR) on Wednesday and
Thursday 7 and 8 May 2003. According to Article 6 of the
SANSOR Constitution, the functions of Congress are:
- The consideration and discussion of the SANSOR Annual
Report, financial statements and
auditor’s report,
- the election of Office Bearers,
- the appointment of auditors and approval of their
remuneration, and
- the handling of such other business as may properly come
before the meeting.
The following is hereby submitted to Congress:
- Report on the activities of the organization;
- annual financial statements (under separate cover); and
- relevant agendas and minutes of the 13th Annual
Congress of SANSOR (under separate cover).
